Most orders are processed and shipped within in 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday. We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx and freight. If an option you desire isn't available to you please contact us.
All orders under 2lbs. can be shipped via the US Mail Service. All small ware shipments are made through the United States Parcel Service. All parcels are shipped from UPS zone two Olympia, WA 98506. All packages to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS second day air or priority mail. Espresso Machines, Granita Machines and Coffee Brewers are shipped freight collect. A service charge of $3.00 per package is placed on all orders. A service charge of $5.00 per pump system is placed on all water pump orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days, no returns on electrical items or books/videos. Shortages must be reported within 7 business days. Signed invoice must accompany ALL returned items for proper processing. Before we are able to accept returns, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from us.

Residents of Washington State will be charged 8.4% sales tax. Our current catalog and price list--both in print and online--supersede all previous versions.
